1 Chopped Frozen Banana
2 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Milk (Any sort)
4 Large Ice Cubes
Blend Secs: 30 to 60

• Put all ingredients into a magic bullet or food processor and blend together until well mixed.
• Tip 1: I sometimes replace chocolate chips with one teaspoon of cocoa powder and add
more banana to eliminate the sugar in the chips.
• Tip 2: Put this mixture into a popsicle maker and freeze for several refreshing cool popsicles.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie
This smoothie is as tasty as a chocolate milkshake without all the bad ingredients. It makes for a wonderful meal replacement which your kids are sure to love. You will want to buy lots of banana’s, let them get really ripe and then freeze them.
