Ingredients
1 Cup Plain Yogurt 1/4 Cup Granola
2 to 3 Cups Berries 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
1 Tbsp Honey
1/4 Cup Water

Directions
Chop fruit into finger size pieces and set into a small pot.
Cover fruit with water and let simmer until fruit is soft. Remove from heat.
Put cornstarch into a mug.
Add cold water and mix until starch dissolves. Pour some of the juices into the mug and stir well. Then slowly drizzle the liquid back to
the pot stirring until at desired thickness
Sweeten with honey to your liking.
Cool, then layer yoghurt, berries, more yogurt and more berries, sprinkle granola on top.
Breakfast Yogurt Parfait
This is very simple but very nutritious and tasty. This can also double as a tasty dessert.
