• Corn (optional)
• 1 Bell Pepper
• Mozzarella Cheese
• 1/2 cup Tomato Sauce • Cherry Tomatoes

Stuffed Peppers
A very quick dinner if you have prepared your meat pucks ahead of time.

Slice off the stem and upper portion of the
green pepper, and clean out all of the seeds. Thaw meat puck in microwave and combine with cooked rice and tomato sauce.
Stuff green pepper with rice mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until pepper
is partially cooked.
