1/2 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter 3/4 Cup Water
5 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil 1TspHoney

Thai Noodle Chicken Stir Fry
This recipe is delicious. Substitute Ramen for Spaghettini Noodles if desired.
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients
Yields: 8 Cups
Directions
Blend together first 6 ingredients.
Sauté chicken in oil and garlic until cooked and mix in peanut sauce. Simmer on low until veggies cook.
Sauté onions, then carrots, broccoli, snow peas and water chestnut until carrots are tender.
While veggies are cooking prepare 2 packages of Ramen noodles as directed on package, but do not add spice mix... Mix pasta into peanut sauce. Serve into individual pasta bowls.
Set veggies on bed of noodles.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
4 Drops Hot Pepper Sauce
1 Clove Garlic, chopped very fine 2 Large Chicken Breast, Chopped 1 Tbsp Peanut or Olive Oil
2 Cups Brocoli
1 Large Carrot, Julienne
1 Onion
1 Cup Snow Peas, halved
1 Can Water Chestnut
Sesame Seeds
Ramen Noodles
