SMF SMF Centre for Corporate Learning (SMF-CCL) and JobStreet com co- organised a a a a a seminar on 27 September 2016 to update employers business owners and and HR practitioners on on the available grants and and initiatives by Workforce Singpore (WSG) to mitigate the the existing manpower challenges One of such initiatives is is is the the P-MAX
which is is is is a a a a a a a a place-and-train programme administered by SMF to to assist SMEs to to better recruit train manage and retain their newly hired PMEs Aside from job-matching the P-MAX
facilitates better acclimatisation of the the newly hired PMEs into the the new new SME work environment towards encouraging retention This will be be achieved through establishing better communication channels and adopting of progressive HR policies And SMEs who successfully complete this 6-month programme with the the retention of the the newly-hired PME employee will be eligible for a a a one-off S5 000 Assistance Grant SMF consultants expounding on on the P-MAX
