is impossible for a person to be absolutely righteous until he removes the ignorance within his heart.
A Sage who is enlightened is not af icted by the illusion of egoism. His mind is placid and clear like the autumn sky, devoid of the clouds of doubts and desires. That Jivan Mukta becomes a ute in the Hands of the Divinity. All that is true, good, and beautiful ows through his dynamic personality. The Vedas, Upanishads, and all other Yogic scriptures have proclaimed the attainment of Self-realization as the goal of human existence; and everything that enables one to move towards the Self is righteous from a broad point of view. Such a movement is a supreme bene t for the individual aspirant, and at the same time, it is the most effective method of raising the standard of culture and civilization in all of human society.
To integrate the teachings of Christ as well as the different aspects of Yoga in daily life, the following points should be re ected upon and practiced for the promotion of righteous conduct in one’s personality:
Wherever there is dharma or righteousness there is victory. If you adopt the erroneous philosophy that the end justi es the means, you are adopting adharma—an unrighteous method—and you cannot succeed in life. Pray and repeat the Divine Name in your daily life. Lift your heart in devotion to Almighty God. Repeat His Name with feeling and
