EDGE Architecture Inc.
Carl Young, AIA, will serve as the Principal Architect. Edge Architecture, Inc. specializes in the planning and design of buildings and spaces for business. Providing Architecture and Interior Design Services under one roof, allows seamless integration into projects, resulting in well thought out, well executed, solutions for Clients. The Principals, Mary Currie, Carl Young and Pete Bartlett, created Edge Architecture in 2005, with the idea of building a business that would make use of combined seventy-five years of knowledge and experience for the benefit of our Clients. Edge Architecture, Inc. in Clearwater, Florida will provide all Design Services for the proposed project.
The Perry Company
John Hermes, CGC1516353, will serve as the General Contractor. The Perry Company is a local Commercial contractor with offices in Tampa, Florida.
The company’s principles have over 50 years combined experience providing innovative Design/Build construction solutions. The Perry Company specializes in the Design/Build delivery system of office buildings, industrial, manufacturing buildings, and particulate controlled environment projects. The Perry Company also does extensive renovation, remodeling, and tenant improvement work.
The Perry Company in Tampa, Florida will provide all General Construction Services for the proposed project.
