PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Rob is a graduate of Radford University with a Bachelor of Science. He brings 15 years of local construction experience to The Perry Company. He was trained in the field as a Project Engineer, Project Foreman and Superintendent. His field experience coupled with his project management capabilities adds to a strong base that compliments the project team.
Rob has a wide variety of experience ranging from particulate controlled environments/clean labs to multi-story Class “A” office buildings to multi-story concrete parking structures to tilt wall constructed industrial buildings.
Rob’s responsibilities include but are not limited to pre-construction estimating, project buyout, scheduling and project coordination through closeout. Rob carries a Class “A” general contractor’s license.
