Ever since America invented the cocktail, at
the beginning of the nineteenth century, it has evolved: from sweet to dry, hot to icy and stirred to shaken. Today bartenders know how to make hundreds of different cocktails and they can easily create new ones at will.
In Sun Valley this summer season, Taro Brasserie, the site restaurant and bar, had a theme called ‘Cocktail of the week’ where weekly cocktails were created by the bartenders and offered to all our guests at special prices.
