USASA Hall of Fame Breeder Rules
 Titles recognized:
• Only AKC titles will be recognized for Hall of Fame Breeder.
• Points are cumulative. (i.e. a dog with a CDX counts its CD as 1 pt. and its CDX as 1 pt. for a total of 2
points.)
Applications:
Applications for a Hall of Fame Breeder award must be filled out on the USASA “Request for Hall of Fame Breeder” form, and accompanied by both proof of titles and breeder of record using any combination of the following:
• Copies of Title Certificates
• Copies of registration papers
• Breeder of Record Report available from AKC * • Any other official verification from AKC.
Please be sure that documents used reflect both the dog’s titles and breeder of record. Multiple documents may be used for one dog. (i.e. a title certificate that does not list the breeder, and a registration paper that does not show titles in combination.)
Breeder of Record Reports are done on an individual basis and charged on an hourly basis. Requests should be made to Joanne Alstead at (919) 816-3585 or jla@akc.org or reports@akc.org and should include the following information in the request:
• RE: Request for Breeder of Record Report for USASA ROM Program
• Person’s Name
• Kennel Name(s)
• Report to include titled dogs only and to include: Dog’s Name and Titles, and Breeders Name
Any applications submitted that are not legible, or on the USASA “Request for Hall of Fame Breeder” form will be returned to sender. All titles must be listed on a separate line. (Forms may be copied.) No fee is necessary.
Applicants accepted:
The USASA Hall of Fame Breeder Program is for USASA members only. Certificates will be awarded accordingly, and will be given a number designation in order of the achievement, plus the year it was achieved. (i.e. the first Hall of Fame Breeder will be #001-200_, and so on.)
Recognition:
Hall of Fame Breeders will be recognized at the USASA Nationals Annual Meeting each year, and results will also be posted in the next published AS Journal. All submissions must by Feb. 15 for that year. The ROM year will run from Nationals to Nationals.
