CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER’S REMUNERATION
Although all remuneration is paid by Goodman Group and not GMT, the CEO and Goodman Group have agreed to disclose the CEO’s remuneration to Unitholders in the interest of best practice. number of employees of GPSNZ (not including
the CEO) who received remuneration and other 550-600 bene ts with a combined total value exceeding
$100,000 was as set out below. No value has
been attributed to performance rights granted
during the year. Performance rights vesting during
the year have been valued at the underlying 300-350 security value on the date of vesting. None of the
cost of this remuneration is borne by GMT.
