UPS Ground estimated delivery days are shown below based on the items leaving our plant in Fergus Falls, MN. Actual times may vary somewhat from the map and we do not guarantee timeframes on Ground shipments. Most orders lled within 48 hours. When calculating when to receive your package, do not count the day a package ships nor weekends or holidays in the delivery days total.

TERMS
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS: You may cancel any stock order for a full refund prior to shipment. If you cancel a stock order after it is shipped, you are responsible for any freight charges incurred which includes to your location and back. Those charges will be deducted from any refund. Custom orders may not be cancelled because of our production schedule.
CUSTOM ORDERS: We produce custom orders using our best judgment from your sketch or instructions. We will send you one free proof, if you desire. You are responsible for all proofreading and accuracy of content. Responsibility for accuracy of custom orders rests solely with you. We do not guarantee reproduction quality of faxed logos. Our prices include a standard amount of typeset, alterations and one proof. Additional typesetting is billed on a $50 per hour basis. Custom orders may not be returned.
