There are 3 different size fuses used in the N-Cat furnace. They are all buss style “little fuses”. These fuses are uncommon and are custom order only, we kept in stock for your convince and In case of immediate need.

This hearth tray measures 11” x 9.94” and is 1⁄2” thick. It has 4 guides on the bottom the ensure proper alignment onto the balance tubes and to add stability.

Don’t risk damaging your parts or stripping the threads on your furnace, order the exact match from us. We’ve already sorted through 1000’s of options to find the perfect replacements for you. All of our screws, nuts & bolts are stronger than the OEM versions because we don’t buy cheap zinc fasteners, we only use stainless steel or extremely hard oxide alloy fasteners.
• A primary cause for relay fires is loose connections. It’s hard to get a tight connection due to the limited space to work and the soft screws provided with them. We sell a black oxide alloy screw with Allen head so it won’t strip and its’ very easy to change
• A common cause for circuit board malfunction is static electricity damage caused by not getting a tight connection. Don’t let this happen, upgrade your fasteners
