SPRING GREEN COMMUNITY LIBRARY
The Spring Green Community Library is a sun- lled, airy building designed by Frank Lloyd Wright Apprentice Charles Montooth of Taliesin Architects. It offers a variety of free programs and services for residents and visitors, including fast WiFi, computers for internet
use, word processing, and printing, comfortable reading chairs, large work tables, a children’s play area, teen space, magazines, newspapers, DVDs, CDs, and (of course) lots and lots of books and e-books, including a top- notch Frank Lloyd Wright collection.
The library also offers ample opportunities for creative exploration and personal growth. View the works of local area artists in the Community Room Gallery and the Glass Case Gallery, featuring new exhibits each month. Access free research databases includingAncestry.com, Consumer
Reports, and Transparent Languages. Visit the Archives Room and learn about the rich history of the River Valley area. Check out a rotating Storywalk in downtown business windows. Help yourself to Grab & Go and Take & Make kits that are perfect for all ages, or participate in our take- one, leave-one free Puzzle Swap. We have something for everyone!
The library hosts weekly Storytimes for children, as well as entertaining and educational programs for teens and adults. Library hours and the latest happenings are always available at springgreenlibrary.org or www.facebook.com/sglibrary.
