A Note from the Executive Director . . .
When I took the helm as Executive Director of Young Americans for Liberty earlier this year, I understood the incredible opportunity at our fingertips. We have the chance to advance the ideas of liberty on college campuses, and to reach more young people than ever before.
But I had no idea we would be able to accomplish so much. This year we topped 804 active chapters, 300,000 individuals in our activist network, and gave over 2,000 pro-liberty young people the tools they need to be
effective advocates for limited government.
With a tumultuous political landscape, 2016 has presented its challenges. But thanks to the generosity of our supporters and partner organizations, our hard-working leadership team, chapter presidents and grassroots organizers, Young Americans for Liberty has met each challenge head-on. I’m proud to say that 2016 has been YAL's biggest year yet.
I believe the future of liberty is brighter than ever. And as you’ll see in the following pages, Young Americans for Liberty is lighting the path towards liberty for the next generation.
Young people will play a critical role in shaping the direction of our country over the next several years. As the largest and fastest-growing libertarian and conservative student organization in America, your continued support for YAL couldn’t be more important. Thank you for all you do!
