EXERCISE YOUR BODY: After completing this chapter, do you feel you dedicate enough time to recovery? Which techniques interest you the most? Foam rolling, active recovery days, hot/cold contrast, massage guns, naps. Try them our for size, see how your body and mind feel and decide which are important
to implement into your routine. How much water are you drinking? Keep track of how much you consume, and make it a point to hydrate daily. Lastly reflect on your sleeping habits, what works, what needs to improve. I know change isn’t comfortable but it’s necessary for growth, be open to new practices, and sleeping habits, your body will appreciate it! Now go recover, that was a lot of info!
