PASSION
Breathe with intention and purpose
Create a routine that optimizes your day and your life, and follow it no matter how tough the road may get
Surround yourself with honest and trustworthy people who fill your cup and make you better than you thought was possible
Passion in your life can drive you to accomplish these goals. If you lack passion, it will be truly difficult to master any one of those tools. Unlike many of the other tools, passion cannot be trained or taught. It is something you feel inside.
I’m sure you know someone
who plays a sport because they are good at it, someone who plays because their parents did or want them to play. Whatever the reason,
unless there is a purpose and passion to play, they may not reach their full potential.
My passion was baseball. I had an innate motivation and desire to climb as high as I could and to challenge myself mentally and physically to always get the best out of myself. I would stop at nothing to achieve my goals. You either have passion for something or you don't. And when you find it you'll know! As I mentioned, you can’t be taught passion, however you can grow it, once you find it. If you’re still searching for what you're passionate about, then be passionate about everything you do. Eventually something will come to the forefront. When it does, don't be afraid to put all of yourself and all of your energy into it. Passion is the superpower that makes all the other tools work even better.
