     Commodore’s Corner

         am  writing  this  before  going  away  for  a
     I  wedding  in  the  US,  so  anything  that  has
     happened since the 20th will have to wait until
     next month.

     It is still a pity that there are not more boats on
     the  water  sailing  or  racing,  particularly  on  a
     Sunday.  Even  Wednesday  evening  seem  light
     on the ground (water!).

     Steve  is  still  having  problems  identifying  who
     has actually sailed a boat in a particular race.
     As  trophies  are,  in  the  main,  awarded  to  a
     helm  and  not  the  boat,  sail  numbers  are  not
     sufficient on their own. Please remember that
     if  the  information  is  incomplete,  you  will  not

     be credited with the points that you should be.
