Shortbread Cookies
Servings: 1 dozen | Prep time: 15 min | Total time: 30 min
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix together cornstarch, sugar, and flour. With a wooden spoon, blend in butter until a soft smooth dough forms.
2. Roll out dough and cut into shapes with cookie cutters. 3. Decorate with candy or sprinkles if desired.
4. Bake at 300° for 15-20 min or until edges are lightly browned – enjoy!
