Tiramisu
Servings: 1 square dish | Prep time: 30 min | Total time: 6+ hrs
DIRECTIONS
1. Beat egg yolks and sugar in
a heatproof bowl until light and n creamy.
2. Add milk and beat until combined.
3. Place bowl over a pan of simmering water. Stir over heat until thickened; cool.
4. Add mascarpone to mixture. Stir until combined.
5. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form; fold in to mixture.
6. Dip lady fingers in coffee until soaked, place in a layer in dish. Spread 1/2 of the mascarpone mixture. Repeat layering, end with mascarpone.
7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours. 8. Soft cocoa powder on top – enjoy!

1/3 cup sugar
1⁄4 cup milk
250g mascarpone cheese 3 egg whites
250g lady fingers
1 1⁄2 cup cold coffee
1 tbs cocoa powder
