How S.A.V.E.S works The HYBRID Description
S.A.V.E.S has 3 main elements.
INTEGRATION
S.A.V.E.S 2nd feature permits voters to authenticate their indentities and implement what is an advantageous, secure, early balloting deliverable.
FACILITATION
The first issue is to adequately apportion approved voting stations for all currently registered and eligible voters, be they domiciled in continental U.S or elsewhere, the ability to vote using our HYBRID BALLOT process.
