The following two solutions were chosen to be explored further in terms of their business models and strategy:
1. Actively build partnerships and;
2. Launch a social enterprise.
These two solutions were built out by using a variety of tools (not all the tools were used for each concept):
• VSEM – Outlining the vision, strategy, next steps and metrics.
• Three Horizons – Envisioning the next three horizons of growth and what the organisation will achieve by each
horizon.
• Business Model Canvas – A tool to envision how the business concept will run, including its target customers,
cost and revenue models.
