IDENTIFYING NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES FOR MDS
Macarthur Disability Services (MDS) envisions a world where people with a disability can fully participate in society and are valued and empowered to realise their potential. MDS is a registered service provider under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) seeks to empower consumers with more choice. The scheme has fundamentally changed the business model and the way providers of disability services operate.
As a result of this change, Macarthur Disability Services is eager to identify new opportunities to improve its customer experience and unlock new business opportunities to access to new revenue sources within the NDIS framework.
The Strategy Group partnered with MDS to help achieve their strategic direction with the goal of differentiating themselves from the competition. MDS is keen to identify and develop opportunities that deliver significant growth based around the emerging needs of their participants that are flexible, innovative and designed in line with evidenced-based practice.
