Centralise a subscription-based digital platform for the Ideas Register program.

Identify appropriate resources to administer the digital platform
The administration of the platform could be driven by the communications lead given the need to drive campaign communications and generate high engagement. Management of the program however would be best allocated to the Steering Committee manager who has the capacity to make strategic decisions about the types of campaigns to run and how to take ideas through the platform to implementation.

Launch a communication campaign
The communication strategy for the launch of the rebranded ideas register program requires careful planning and execution to ensure there is a sufficient focus on educating the staffing body about the changed expectations for participation and the changed method for engagement via the digital platform.

Launch ideas campaign
The first campaign should be launched as soon as possible after integration and resourcing are defined. The campaign should be framed to solve a particular operational problem and relate to the horizon 90 day time line. The strategy Group is available to assist with framing this campaign.
