THE PROJECT SCOPE
To gain alignment around the requirements of the final solution, we scoped out the criteria for the project with the Steering Group using the below parameters:
Appetite for innovation: Revolutionary to Evolutionary
TOGA is looking to push the boundaries of innovation to differentiate themselves from the competition and within the current marketplace.
Appetite for investment: Medium to High
TOGA is willing to invest to implement the solutions if it will deliver tangible value to the customer and generate a return for TOGA.
Appetite for internal change: Medium to High
TOGA is willing to make the necessary changes to implement the solutions that will deliver tangible benefits to the customer experience.
Appetite for risk: Medium to High
TOGA is willing to try new innovations as it perceives that there are more risks to not doing anything to improve the customer experience.
The timeframe for the solutions is short-to-medium term, as the objective is to implement the solutions at the Surry Hills (September) and 120 Macquarie (December) developments.
