 IMPLEMENTATION REQUIREMENTS
TOGA now has a vision for an ideal customer experience that has four components. What is required now is the next level of detail to execute the concepts and realise the ideal customer experience. It is also worth noting that the customer journey, ideas and App have been designed purely from a customer desirability perspective, and are currently concepts. To execute these will require further development of the outputs but from a viability and feasibility perspective, which will lead to further innovation of the concepts as well as unpack the detail required for implementation.
