MARGARET FLEMING
Margaret Fleming is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Activate Capital, IPUT Plc and Kilkenny Abbey Quarter Development Limited, and is a former Director of Hibernia REIT.
Until 2019 Margaret was an International Director of JLL, with over 30 years’ experience in property investment strategy and transactions. She is a Chartered Surveyor and a member of the Irish Council of the Urban Land Institute.
Margaret was appointed a Trustee of the Iveagh Trust in 2015. She is Chair of the Asset Management Committee and is also a member of the General Purposes Committee.
IMELDA REYNOLDS
Imelda Reynolds is a practicing Solicitor with over 35 years’ experience and is Chairperson of Beauchamps LLP, a top Irish commercial law firm.
Imelda holds a B.C.L. from University College Dublin (UCD), a Diploma in European Law (UCD) and a Diploma in Corporate Governance (UCD). She is also a Chartered Director (IOD).
Imelda is President of the Institute of Directors (Ireland) and chairs the Aquaculture Licences Appeals Board. She is a Council Member of the Law Society of Ireland and chairs the Law Society’s Regulation of Practice Committee. She is a former President of Dublin Chamber of Commerce and former Chair of the Governing Body of Technological University Dublin.
A Trustee since 2018, Imelda is a member of the Asset Management Committee and a Trustee of the Iveagh Trust pension schemes.
DERRY SCULLY
Derry Scully is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Chartered
Project Manager. He is a Past President of The Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and a former Chair of the SCSI Quantity Surveying and Project Management Professional Groups.
Derry was a Founder Director of Linesight, global construction consultants (formerly Bruce Shaw). He retired from his position as Group President in 2021 after 41 years with the firm, during which time he helped grow the firm from a small Irish Quantity Surveying practice to the global consultancy it is today, still headquartered in Ireland and employing over 1,400 people in Europe, the Americas and the Asia Pacific regions.
Since retiring, Derry established his own company, Scully Consulting, to provide strategic advice on large scale complex construction projects, drawing on his global industry experience. He serves as a Non-Executive Director with RKD Architects and was appointed a Trustee of The Iveagh Trust in November 2023.
