TENANTS
At North & East, our tenants are the foundation of everything we do.
To ensure we continue meeting your needs, we partnered with Acuity
Research, an independent market research company, to conduct our 2024
Tenant Satisfaction Survey. Between August and October 2024, all tenants
were invited to share their feedback via post, phone, or online – and 334
of you participated, helping shape the future of our services.
Opposite, we’ve summarised the key findings, celebrating what’s working
well and identifying where we can improve. Your voice drives our progress,
and we are committed to acting on what you have told us.
