   We are however ready to rise to meet these challenges. The key take-away from the recent evaluation is that localisation through our partnership model is effective and successful, an approach garnering momentum across the sector. In 2022 we plan to increase our efforts to explore and develop new partnerships
with small NGOs that share our values
and goals. Finally, we are looking forward
to reviving our development education immersion programme with partner schools in Ireland, Kenya, Uganda and Ghana
after a two-year hiatus due to Covid-19 restrictions.
