Agency. In 2023, the Trust entered into a
commitment to purchase 38 housing units in
Dublin 12.
The Trust’s total borrowings, including amounts
falling due for repayment within one year, were
€94.4 million. The Trustees expect that these
borrowings will be repaid out of future rental
income and receipts under the Payment &
Availability scheme.
At the end of 2023, the total Funds held by the
Trustees were €22.3 million. The Trust remains in
a strong financial position and is well placed to
ensure that existing housing is maintained to a
good standard and to expand the housing estates
as opportunities for development become
available.
The accounts summarised on pages 24 to 25 are
compliant with FRS 102 and have been audited
by an independent auditor. The Trustees’ full
