EXAMINATION GUIDELINES
 All absences MUST be supported by a valid Medical Certificate. Students who are absent without a MC will obtain a Zero. Letters from Parents and Medical Certificates issued by Traditional Chinese Medical (TCM) Practitioners WILL NOT be accepted. There will be no arrangements for Re-Examination.
 Students must be neatly attired with proper hairstyle, in compliance with the School Rules as to grooming and attire
 Students must be in the Examination Room 10 minutes before the start of each paper. Students who report later than 15 minutes after the start of the paper will only be allowed to take the Examination with the approval of the Principal, Vice-Principal or a Head of Department. Extra time will not be given to Students who are late.
Students who are affected by a Major Train Disruption, must still report to School. They will be allowed to sit for the full duration of the paper with the approval of the Principal, Vice-Principal or Head of Department
 Students must be seated according to the Class Register Number
 Students MUST NOT have in their possession bags, books, files, reference materials and electronic devices such as Handphones. Students found in possession of unauthorized items shall be considered to have retained them for the purpose of cheating and will face disciplinary action
 Students are to bring their own stationery and will not be allowed to borrow any items from another Student during the Examination
 Students are to use black or blue pen for writing
 Only paper provided by the Invigilators may be used in the Examination. Students are not allowed to
remove any used or unused writing paper from the Examination Room
 Students must read the Instructions and Questions carefully. Students are to raise their hand to clarify with the Invigilator if there is any doubt
 Students should not communicate verbally and/or non-verbally with other Students during the Examination
 Disciplinary actions will be taken against any Student who obtain assistance from and/or offers assistance to other Students during the Examination
 Students are NOT allowed to leave the Examination Room until the whole duration of paper is over and the Invigilator dismisses them. Students must leave the Examination Room quietly as Examination may still be going on in other parts of the School
 Students who disregard any of the above rules or whose conduct during the Examination causes annoyance to other Students, may be suspended from the whole Examination
