A. ANGER MANAGEMENT
Anger is a normal emotion. But when it gets out of control and turns destructive, it can lead to problems – problems in School and in your personal relationships.
The goal of anger management is not to suppress feelings of anger but rather to understand the message behind the emotion and express it in a healthy way without losing control.
To manager anger, Students need to:
Identify physiological signs of anger (e.g rapid heart rate, feeling hot etc.)
Identify situations that trigger the anger
Use coping strategies to cool down
