Vivienne Isabel Westwood is a British fashion designer and businesswoman, largely responsible for bringing modern punk and new wave fashions into the mainstream.
Westwood’s main inspiration came from the theater of Italy’s commedia dell’arte as well as the also Italian, but more recent, character of Pinocchio, Carlo Collodi’s lying puppet. Therefore, she used a plenty of elements from the Pinocchio, such as some iregular circles.
