Work and the heat have prevented me

This has brought about for me a welcome and necessary change in body weight and figure! Who needs a gym? The winter and spring spent sitting at a computer under the current political pressure has been very detrimental to my physical condition. However, that time of day is my computer time and thus I have suffered much-restricted access to the computer and internet in recent weeks, so I have not been contributing to Facebook etc., as I would have liked. That should change now, with the break in the weather.
