time we were worried sick. Put that on top of someone (me) who already had PTSD related anxiety issues and GERD as well as IBS...well, needless to say, my digestive system was an absolute wreck.
Once things got back to normal, we very quickly discovered that we had a four-legged toddler on our hands...one that had rather sharp fangs and could do sneak attacks and then disappear at a moments notice! Every couple of minutes, if not faster, he would either sneak up on us, or disappear. We started getting in shape REALLY FAST from getting up and down so much and going to look for him, pulling him out from under the bed, stopping him from chasing the cats, taking him out to potty all hours of the day and night, taking all manner of things out of his little bulldozer of a mouth, etc., etc., etc.
We took him on a test run with his Service Dog in Training vest on, and he was very well behaved while he was there. I planned to leave him in the lobby with Danny during my medical appointment, but he started whining because he wanted to be with me, and the doctor I was with heard him and asked why I didn’t bring him back with me.
