COVID-19 has made all of us victims of PTSD most of us won’t realize it for months or years down the line.
While this is a small blessing in my own ‘fight,' it is pretty major in my daily existence. My nightmares are much less now...thanks to a change in medications. After the first day...I thought maybe it was a fluke. After the 2nd a blessing...and each following day I felt progressively better. While the nightmares are not totally gone they are much less now...and that in itself is a true gift.
I am not done walking my own path. I would imagine that you aren’t either. I am willing to bet however, that you are a lot farther on than you were when you started reading this book! No matter what your PTSD is from, let’s all continue to fight this fight together. You are strong and radiate strength. No matter what you’ve been through, you
