“Once I knew only darkness and stillness...my life was without past or future...but a little word from the fingers of another fell into my hand that clutched at emptiness, and my heart leaped to the rapture of living.” - Helen Keller
I often found myself trying to do my best possible job, no matter what the circumstances were, while I was in the service. I always wanted to try and help others to be their best... in their careers...their lives...their health...pretty much anything. I still feel that way.
It’s why I didn’t hesitate to write this book. Maybe sometimes maybe I care too much...but I have learned that sometimes I also have to let go...that I don’t have to fix everything to validate my own life and my own self-worth. I also know that there are people out there who can help all of you out there who are dealing with PTSD when maybe I can’t. People like the volunteers and outstanding individuals who helped me to put together this outstanding book.
Remember that you come first and you must be your own 1st priority no matter what. I am here for you...and continue to promise to be here for you, and hope to be able to call you my friends. I also hope you reach out to let me know how this book helped you in your Total War on PTSD.
Next you get to meet my Crush!
