the PTSD Relief Glasses to have high value in quieting the symptoms of PTSD. The inventor continued to do research and development and now holds the Patents for this technology invention. Mr. Finochiaro brought together a group of consultants to evaluate the glasses and prove their effectiveness. The consulting group is as follows:
▪ Dr. Wes Sime, Ph.D., Psychologist: Dr. Sime has done extensive research on trauma reduction working with first responders.
▪ Dr. Jim Nedrow, Ph.D., Optometrist: Dr. Nedrow is one of the top 10 prism experts in the country.
▪ Dr. Summers at U of M: Helped with research on horizontal line. Tested vision strips at depth. Evaluated Multiple uses — multiple product lines.
▪ Dr. Debbie Crews (Arizona) Founder of Optiband. Conducted brain scans to prove the reduction in elevated anxiety while using the glasses. Completed formal testing and
is currently finishing a new study at Arizona State University.
▪ Former Surgeon General James Tuorila: Dr. Tuorila has a medical practice in
Saint Cloud, MN and over 30 years of experience in the field of medicine. Dr. Tuorila served three terms as the National Surgeon General for the Veterans of Foreign Wars and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. Dr. Tuorila has been active in testing and study of the positive results of AtEase Glasses for PTSD.
The results of all studies have proven to be very positive. We have learned that the Delta and Theta waves are the lowest frequency brain waves and are typically only experienced during deep sleep. These are the waves that become active during the production of dreams. Alpha waves are typically prominent in an adult who is awake but relaxed with their eyes closed.
