Again, to understand Esotherapy, it is important to debunk our deep-seated, socially accepted “common sense” understanding that consciousness is something “we have”. Consider the words of world-renowned Neuroscience researcher Dr. Candace Pert:
“Your body is your subconscious mind.”
She reaffirms that consciousness is us. It is “who we are”. Integrating consciousness integrates us. It fundamentally changes the way we see past and present events as well as the world; this alters the chemical imbalances of our brains and bodies, thereby healing mental and physical illnesses alike.
