Semi-Automatic Chain Double Dimension Saw
Heavy duty Chain Feed Cutting Machine suitable for cutting upto 8’ x 4’ sheet with a chain conveyor system on both sides of the machine with a provision for self pressing system from top and continuous cutting, one side of the saw will be fixed from the other side (right hand side) adjustable from 2’ to 8’ according to the desired width complete with 2 Nos. (7.5 H.P. 2900 R.P.M.) motors for the purpose of cutting 1 No. (3 H.P. 1440 R.P.M.) motor for driving the chain conveyor and 1 No. Reduction Gear Box. Veneer Pre-cut saw system arrangement is available with 2 Nos. (1 H.P.) motor. The Pre-cut saw is an ideal attachment to prevent end chipping of veneer. TCT saws are not included.
Caul Cooling Rack with 5 H.P. Motor and balanced (Aluminum) fan. Machine consists of frame for keeping Al. Caul with nylon rollers for easy loading and un-loading and to prevent damages to the Aluminum Cauls. The frame will consist of 10 Nos. rack to accommodate 20 Al. Cauls. The blower will be provided for Cooling Hood with deflection baffles for uniform cooling.
