CLEANING PROCEDURE FOR FX® 9003 Protective MASK with Double lens
PN: 8971960 (Black) / 8971962 (Tan); FX® 9003 Mask

To all,
Please note that the FX® 9003 Protective Mask can be equipped with one two types of lens
configurations: Single lens and Double lens configuration. It is very important to identify which
configuration the user has in hand to apply the correct cleaning procedure; this especially important
for the double lens configuration which should never be immerged in water.

See Figure 1 and 2 below that identify the discriminating black contoured line feature between
the Double lens and Single lens configurations respectively.

Do not Immerge in Water Can be immerged in water

The FX® 9003 Protective Mask with Double lens (black contoured) lines should NEVER be
immerged in water; this will result in an excess of humidity between the lens that will affect optical
clarity. Furthermore, only lukewarm water at temperatures below 36 degrees Celsius with a solution
of two (2) teaspoons of detergent (mild dish-hand washing liquid with antibacterial) for every 4 liters
of hot water) should be used to clean the lens. From here on, we will be adding a label to identify
cleaning method for all FX® 9003 Protective Mask with double lens (see Figure 3).

THIS FX 9003 PROTECTIVE MASK IS EQUIPPED WITH A DOUBLE

LENS CONFIGURATION. THIS MASK MUST BE WASHED BY HAND
AND NOT IMMERSED IN WATER.
