The AtmosAir Plus works together with the CitadelTM Plus Bariatric Care System to help treat and prevent pressure injury and facilitate safe patient handling, while maintaining the dignity for bariatric patients.
The pressure redistribution surface uses Self Adjusting TechnologyTM (SAT) to automatically adjust cushion
pressures in response
to patient movement.
AtmosAir Plus is
non-powered and delivers uninterrupted therapy – even when transporting a patient or during electrical power outages.

• 5 horizontal and 4 vertical air cylinders orientated to provide superior support and redistribution for the plus size population
• Sloped heel section with visco-elastic foam helps transfer weight off the vulnerable heel area
• Mattress width adjustable from 34”(86.4cm) to 48”(121.9cm) with the use of 2 side foam bolsters
• Mattress length adjustable from 80” (202cm) to 88” (224cm) with the use of foot bolster
• Durable, waterproof, moisture vapour permeable cover made with Reliant IS2 fabric which provides multidirectional stretch capabilities to help reduce skin shear and friction.
• System includes 1 mattress, 1 right side bolster, 1 left side bolster and 1 foot bolster

Skin IQ 1000 Microclimate Manager (MCM) is an optional single patient use powered therapeutic surface cover that utilises state of the art Negative Airflow Technology.
It can be used in conjunction with the AtmosAir Plus to aid in the prevention and treatment of skin breakdown and pressure ulcers (stages I–IV) in bariatric patients weighing up to 454kg (1000 lbs).
