Consideration and comfort – these are particularly prominent aspects of this extremely stable model with its rounded steel tube frame. A comfortable seat provides a safe position, the swivelling armrests make it easy to move the patient from the bed on to the chair scale and the adjustable footrests increase ease of access. The locking rear wheels ensure that it is safe to sit down and stand up at all times. The positioning of the large LCD display unit behind the chair makes it easy to read and the many functions (including BMI) leave nothing to be desired. 956 III Chair Scale
With a capacity of 200 kg and a graduation of 100 grams, the seca 956 fulfills all basic medical standards. Added to that are the typical seca advantages such as fold-up armrests and footrests, secure wheel brakes, an ergonomically shaped seat and smooth-running rollers, which, together with the ergonomically shaped handle, make it very easy to push the chair scale. Of course the seca 956 is also equipped with the important TARE function which allows every newly added weight to be ascertained separately and the HOLD function which lets medical personnel take care of the patient first and read out the results later.
