Falls Prevention Systems
SensorCare is one of the leading falls prevention systems in the United Kingdom. It consists of a bed or chair panel, which is placed beneath the mattress and/or chair cushion and is intended to monitor vulnerable patients. The system monitors movement, therefore when the patient vacates from the bed/chair, the control unit triggers an audio alarm which informs the carer that the patient is at risk of a fall.

Multiple Zone Paging System
A paging system can be used to allow the carer to carry out their daily tasks, whilst also keeping a vigil on the vulnerable patient. The paging system can be used in conjunction with up to eight SensorCare Bed/ Chair systems. It has the added benefit of enabling the control unit to be “muted” during the night to prevent disturbance to other patients, whilst still sending a signal to the pager thereby alerting the carer that the patient has mobilised.
