EPMA Solution Ward Drug and Medicine Dispensing Trolleys
Sunflower Medical has redesigned its current range of Ward Drug and Medicine Dispensing Trolleys to accommodate a Laptop or iPad/Tablet. This links wirelessly with the trusts E-Meds provider and does away with the requirement for a ward drug trolley and medical notes trolley / COW and WOW. This approach has proven to be cost effective and has been received well by ward staff in Trusts throughout the UK.
All trolleys are designed to allow the safe storage and distribution of medicines with secure slam locking as standard. The traditional design of
the trolley means it has been received well by nursing staff and any operation change is minimised. The trolleys are designed ergonomically with clinical input. Sunflower has added flexibility by incorporating extra storage by way of plastic storage trays, bottom storage tray or a bottom storage cupboard for safe storage of the laptop or liquids. Available in 3 sizes, each size can be customised using coloured kydex top doors to define ownership, position or simply to fit in with the ward aesthetic.
