New! Leadership
Ministries
Our newly formed Leadership Ministry discusses what it means to be a good leader, identi es leadership qualities and ministers to those who wish to lead others in community
and in worship. Leadership Ministry helps church members develop their leadership skills by building high- performance teams to organize and plan church events and community outreach.
Each week FMHLM will discuss e ective forms of leadership in daily life, work, family and community.
We explore insights and ideas that help better understand the unique challenges that leaders face.
