General Hours
GENERAL Hospital Hours are from 7 a.m.-8:30 p.m. Visitors after 9 p.m.
must check in with
the Security Guard at
the Emergency Dept. entrance. Visitors who
leave after 9 p.m. must also exit through Emergency Dept.
ICU Hours
5:30 a.m.– 6 a.m. 9 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. 12p.m.–12:30p.m. 3p.m.–3:30p.m. 5:30p.m.–6p.m. 8p.m.–9p.m.
Maternity Hours
Labor & Delivery Support Person/ Coach: Anytime
Postpartum: 7 a.m.–8:30 p.m. Quiet time, daily 2 p.m.–4 p.m.
Pediatric Hours
Primary Caregiver: Anytime
Gift Shoppe Hours
M–F, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Sat, 8 a.m.–12 p.m.
For Visitors
Welcome to our patient-centered, healing environment. Visitors, family and friends can play an important role in patient healing. Please follow
these guidelines for visiting:
• PLEASE DO NOT visit if you have a cold, sore throat, fever or infection.
• WASH YOUR HANDS before entering and leaving the patient’s room.
• ASK before bringing
owers, perfumes, food/drink, balloons or other items that may trigger allergies or disrupt patients.
• DO NOT bring weapons, guns, alcoholic beverages or narcotics.
• SHOW photo I.D. if asked.
• RESPECT the privacy of patients and observe all “no visitor”, “isolation,” or any signs posted. Please be quiet and respect the healing of other patients.
• NOTE only ONE person is allowed to spend the night with the patient.
• STEP OUT of the room when asked by the sta , if it is necessary for the well being of the patient.
• USE THE PUBLIC RESTROOMS
outside the patient’s room and help us keep the patient’s room sanitary.
• SUPERVISE all children/infants at all times. Please do not bring sick children to the hospital. Children over 12 may visit the ICU.
Any personal information about the patient’s diagnosis/treatment
is only available to the patient and members of their immediate family, whom they choose.
WCCH will not restrict, limit or
deny patient visitation rights or privileges on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or disability.
WCCH may impose CLINICAL restrictions on visitation rights.
