WHEN Should You Call Rapid Response?
• If you notice changes in the HEART RATE or drop in BLOOD PRESSURE of the patient
• If you notice
any change in BREATHING or OXYGEN LEVELS of the patient
• If you notice changes in URINE OUTPUT (more or less urine)
• If you notice change in the
MENTAL STATUS (such as confusion or irritability) or level of consciousness of the patient
• If you have any other SERIOUS CONCERNS about the condition of the patient

• Family members or visitors have access to the Hospital Rapid Response Team.
• Our Hospital Rapid Response Team will provide help BEFORE there is a life-threatening emergency.
