is is a a a a a a a a a a far better year than what 2020 was My name is is Tim Board I host the weekly radio program program Eye Eye on on Jamz Jamz Eye Eye on on Jamz Jamz is a a a a a a a a a a a program program dedicated to playing mu- sic sic by independent musicians from from around the the world and from from a a a a a a a a a a wide variety of of genres Many of of the the the pro- grams also features interviews with these artists A little bit about myself I I grew up in in St Louis Mis- souri and as a a a a a a a a a a young child I I I always dreamed of be- ing ing on the the radio I I grew up listening to the the late Jack Buck announce St St Louis Louis Cardinal baseball games and the late Dan Kelly calling St St Louis Louis Blues hock- ey games Those two were my biggest introduc- tion to to to radio radio Many a a a a a a a a a a night I would fall asleep with a a a a a a a a a small transistor radio radio under my pillow listening to to to those men As I I entered middle school school music started to to catch my attention By high school school I I was listening to to KSHE 95 in St Louis it is is an al-

tion or or AOR as it it it it called in in the radio business Through KSHE I got my taste of the the classic rock artists By the the late 80’s I was in in college college and start- ed working at at the college college radio station here I dis- covered new wave bands like Depeche Mode The Cure and and all the the other great bands that came out of the 80’s I dabbled in in radio during college had a a a a a a a a a a part time job at at a a a a a a a a a a small rural radio station in central Missou- ri for a a a a a a couple years but like a a a a a a a lot of dreams life happened and I walked
away Fast forward to about 2013 when I started my first internet radio show Front Range Radio which still is airing today It was here I I rekindled that that pas- sion for radio radio that that love to to communicate and share things with others via the the the radio radio radio It was also at at at at this time I I made the the the decision to to concentrate my radio radio ef- forts to to to promote indie music music music music that commercial radio will not touch Today I I still host host Front Range Radio along with Eye on on on on on Jamz and I I also co-host The Gnarly Dudes Show on on on on a a a a a a a a a a a a a FM radio radio station out of Colorado My love for radio radio is is just as as as as as strong today as as as as as it it was in in in that little boy falling asleep listening to to baseball and hockey games 15
