Two Teenagers Facing Murder Charge
Teenager Charged With Murder Held On $1 Million Bond
County Fireman Facing Drug Charges

A 36-year-old fireman was arrested and charged with pos- session of a controlled sub- stance. He was released from the Hillsborough County Jail after posting bond.
According to the Hillsbor- ough County Sheriff’s Office, detectives were called to the Hillsborough County Fire Res- cue Station #26, 5302 Thono- tosassa, in Plant City, after someone discovered a botani- cal extractor device operating in the facility. Upon examina- tion, detectives found the ma- chine contained liquid and two marijuana plants that were being converted into home- made cannabis (marijuana) oil.
Detectives interviewed Tavoris Allen, who is a Lieu- tenant with the Hillsborough County Fire Department, and he allegedly admitted that the machine and the marijuana belonged to him.

... Bond set at $1 million
An 18-year-old Tampa man was arrested on December 4th and charged with 2 counts of violation of probation. He was being held without bond on those charges.
According to the Hillsbor- ough County Sheriff’s Office website, the violations were for aggravated battery on a person 65 years or older; and robbery.
However, after Misael Mora was arrested, Detectives with the Tampa Police Depart- ment charged him with sec- ond-degree murder in connection with the shooting death of 18-year-old TeSean Blue. Mora’s bond on the murder charge was set at $1,000,000.

were dispatched to the area of N. Brooks Street and E. Annie Street in reference to gunshots on September 3, 2018. When they arrived around 8:35 p.m., they discovered that a teenager had been shot. Fire Rescue re- sponded to the scene and ad- ministered first aid before he was transported to Tampa General Hospital.
The victim, identified as 18-year-old TeSean D. Blue, of Tampa, died as a result of his injuries.
Blue was riding his bicycle in the area when he was shot. Police said Blue and Mora knew each other. However, a motive for the shooting re- mains unclear.
The investigation is contin- uing.

Two Tampa teenagers have been charged in connection with a murder that took place in July. Both teenagers turned themselves in to police and have been bonded out of the Hillsborough County Jail.
Marquez Davon Roberts, 19, was charged with first-degree murder, ut- tering a counterfeit instru- ment, and carrying a concealed firearm. Dontae Hopkins, 17, was charged with third-degree murder with a firearm. Their bonds were set at $100,000 each.
According to the Tampa Police Department, on July 20, 2018, shortly before 8 p.m., Nicholas A. Mor- tazavi, 20, met with Roberts and Hopkins in the parking lot of the MacDonald’s, Restaurant at 3515 S. Dale Mabry. Mortazavi had re-

portedly met with the teenagers to sell marijuana to Roberts.
During the deal, Roberts is alleged to have paid Mor- tazavi with counterfeit money, and a confrontation ensued. During the confronta- tion, both Roberts and Hop- kins reportedly armed themselves with firearms.
When police arrived, they discovered that Mortazavi had suffered a gunshot wound. He was transported to Tampa General Hospital, where he died a few hours later.
According to sources, Hopkins is a senior and member of the Hillsborough High School football team. A running back and safety, he ran for more than 1,000 yards during his career. This was his third year playing for the Ter- riers.
Father Kills His Daughter, 3, Himself
   The Temple Terrace Police Department is currently inves- tigating the death of a 3-year- old. Her father apparently killed the child and then him- self.
According to police, offi- cers responded to 11859 Sky- lake Place shortly after 4 p.m., Tuesday to conduct a wellness check. Upon arrival, the offi- cers discovered the bodies of two individuals.
The preliminary investiga- tion indicates that the man, identified as Ayhan Aytes, 48, murdered his daughter, Ela Deniz Friedman Aytes, 3, before taking his own life.
Aytes is a former professor at the University of South Florida. The child’s mother had filed an order requesting that Aytes return the child, but he refused. The child’s

mother, Ms. Laurel Fried- man, had filed a motion with the courts for the return of the child. Aytes refused and the end result was the murder-sui- cide.
